My biggest achievement is having learnt to manage my anxiety by working with it and creating a lifestyle that reduces the frequency and intensity it. I have created my own specific anxiety detachment framework from my personal experience and research that I use in 1:1 sessions, workshops and am housing all of this within a book that I am currently writing.

I have been a coach for over 16 years across many sectors and worked with many kinds of people from different backgrounds in business, education, higher education roles. I specialise in Anxiety and wellbeing coaching.

So why should I coach people?

I could go into a whole load of detail here about my coaching qualifications, what it involved, how I did it. I choose not to.

Instead, I would rather state that I believe whole heartedly in what I do, I want nothing more than results for my clients – results that are the right ones for them – akin to their values and what is important to them in life. Having been someone who has suffered from anxiety and felt the debilitating impact it can have on life, I have used this experience and research to develop a bespoke framework to use with clients. This shifts from the identity of a victim of anxiety to someone who is managing their anxiety.

I have a huge passion and desire to make a difference – that to me is the best qualification I could have.
